Darius, playwright, consecrated by a huge success, signs in a moment of alcoholic absence a contract for a new play. After a rehab, he realizes when he returns to Paris that he completely forgot to write this story. When the new play is announced in a month and the lead actress has agreed, Darius gets to work. Alas, he has no inspiration. At the height of the crisis, the actress for whom this role is essential, makes him admit that he must experience strong emotions to be inspired.
