For the past 10 years, Franck has been a flunkey for a provincial football club. Scraping a living from two-bit scams by day and as watchman - keeping an eye on the players - at night, he meets Salomé, the team forward's ex-mistress. They become lovers. But Djibril Azembert, an aging French football hero, joins the team to wrap up his career. Between Salomé, Franck, and Djibril, a curious love triangle then settles in.
