It's a sequence of little scenes really, starting Dieudo in each of them, as Dr M'Foudi, or as the Dr's nephew. All very funny IMO. Beyond the satire of modern medecine (for cancer as well as for simple family doctor), it also denounces the bad pygmees situation in Africa.
