A shady businessman, about to be arrested after ruining his country (and more), has to get away from his native France; he meets a dry cleaner, William, who's got a private plane and they crash on an island. They are not very good at their Robinson Crusoe act though...They both build a raft which leads them nowhere but Willy finds something unexpected ....civilization is there, on the other side on the island, where everybody talks about the criminal whose face makes the headlines. Willy stays in a luxury hotel, and brings back some food to his pal, always waiting on the sand .
