Richard and Omar, two lifelong friends, live in a suburban neighborhood where they make a living from selling hot drinks in the market. Everyone knows each other here. Between neighbors, we do not hesitate to help each other, to give each other credit, thus forming a charming community. The whole neighborhood is turned upside down when Omar becomes the sole winner of the International Lottery. The latter is afraid and opts for anonymity; only his father knows about it. This is the start of trouble - The residents of the neighborhood struggle to keep quiet, suspicion and paranoia win them over. Everyone is on the lookout for the slightest indication of wealth (new clothes, new car, unexpected move) and no one dares to crack in front of the day's promotion from a supermarket. As Omar hides his newfound fortune, locals will begin to suspect Richard of being the big winner of the lottery. For Richard, it's the beginning of the galleys.
