North of France. Hervé's factory is relocated. He seems to be the only one positive about it as he pursues another dream: becoming a fisherman and transmitting his passion to his son. Tunis' suburb. The factory lands here. Foued, unemployed, thinks it's a chance for him to earn money, care for his mother, and especially to seduce the girl he loves. The trajectories of Herve and Foued crosses paths and respond to one another.
