Against the backdrop of a futuristic capital city, a coven of modern witches with crooked hag's noses and frightening clawed fingernails worships the town protector's sacred fowl idol. But all of a sudden, an intruder steals the holy artefact under their noses, and without delay, a frenzied chase on motorized flying brooms begins, through the city's narrow streets. Undeniably, the thieving outsider must pay for his crime.
